ピンク・フロイド（Pink Floyd）のデヴィッド・ギルモア（David Gilmour）が9年ぶりにリリースする新ソロ・アルバム『Rattle That Lock』。詳細が明らかに。発売は海外で9月18日。CD、重量盤LP、CD＋DVD、CD＋Blu-rayがあり。DVDおよびBlu-rayには、故リチャード・ライト（Richard Wright）も参加した2007年撮影のレコーディング・セッションの映像も含まれます

ギルモアのソロ・アルバム発表は2006年の『On An Island』以来。アルバムにはロキシー・ミュージック（Roxy Music）で知られるフィル・マンザネラ（Phil Manzanera）やジュールズ・ホランド（Jools Holland）、そして妻のポリー・サムソンが制作に参加。作詞はポリー・サムソンが、プロデュースはギルモアとフィル・マンザネラが手がけています。アルバムのアートワークは元ヒプノシスのオーブリー・パウエルの指導の下でThe Creative CorporationのDave Stansbieが手がけています。

アルバムからは、タイトル曲の「Rattle That Lock」が1stシングルとして7月17日にデジタル配信されます。
