本作は、既発のベスト『Very Beast of Dio』の続編で、第1弾には収録しきれなかった96年以降の楽曲を全17曲収録。「Killing The Dragon」「Push」「Fever Dreams」などに加え、いくつかのレア・トラックもセレクト。『Magica II』用にレコーディングされていた楽曲で、ボックス・セット『Tournado』にのみ収録されていた「Electra」、『Master Of The Moon』の日本盤ボーナス・トラック曲「Prisoner Of Paradise」、ロニーの従兄弟であるデヴィッド“ロック”フェインスタインのアルバム『Bitten By The Beast』に収録されていた「Metal Will Never Die」の計3曲がボーナストラックとして収められます。
