オルタナ・フォーク界を代表する女性シンガーソングライター、ルシンダ・ウィリアムズ（Lucinda Williams）は、ビートルズ（The Beatles）「While My Guitar Gently Weeps」のカヴァーを公開。この曲はビートルズ楽曲のカヴァーを収めた新アルバム『Lucinda Williams Sings The Beatles From Abbey Road』に収録。ウィリアムズは今作をアビー・ロード・スタジオで録音。アルバムは海外で12月6日発売。リリース元はHighway 20 Records。
