ニール・ヤング（Neil Young）は新EP『The Times』を自身のサイトNeil Young Archivesで先行リリース。無料で全曲聴けます。

『The Times』は海外で9月18日発売。CDに加え、Amazon Musicでリリース予定。

EPは全7曲入り。ドナルド・トランプ米大統領をディスった「Lookin' for a Leader 2020」、ボブ・ディラン（Bob Dylan）のカヴァー「The Times They Are a-Changin'（邦題：時代は変る）」、「Alabama」の新ヴァージョンなどを収録。
