バングルスのスザンナ・ホフスがビートルズ等のカヴァー曲を収めた新作EP『From Me to You』を発売

バングルス（The Bangles）での活躍でも知られるスザンナ・ホフス（Susanna Hoffs）がカヴァー曲3曲を収めた新作EP『From Me to You』を12月4日にDL発売。

EPでは、ビートルズ（Beatles）「All I've Got to Do」、ゾンビーズ（The Zombies）「This Will Be Our Year」、ザ・ジェイネッツ「Sally Go Round the Roses」をカヴァー。いずれもスザンナが昔から大好きであった楽曲で、レコーディングするのが長年の夢だったとのこと。Amazon MP3にて全曲試聴できます（一部のみ）

なお、スザンナはマシュー・スウィート（Matthew Sweet）とのコラボ・カヴァー集シリーズ『Under the Covers』の新作となる第3弾『Under the Covers Volume 3 (the 80s) 』を2013年に発売する予定。今回は80年代の楽曲を取り上げるようです。
