ポスト・パンク・リバイバル・ムーブメントを盛り上げたザ・フェイント（The Faint）。2001年作『Danse Macabre』がデラックス・エディションで再発。海外で10月30日発売。

本エディションはCD＋DVD仕様。CDにはソニック・ユース（Sonic Youth）らのカヴァー曲やリミックスなど計6曲のボーナス・トラックが追加されます。DVD内容未定。48ページのブックレット付。なお、同日には2LP仕様も発売されます。
