デッド・ボーイズがデビュー作『Young Loud and Snotty』を丸ごとリ・レコーディング、1曲試聴可

米パンク・ロックバンド、デッド・ボーイズ（Dead Boys）が1977年にリリースしたデビュー・アルバム『Young Loud and Snotty』を丸ごとリ・レコーディング。現体制で制作した新ヴァージョンを収めた新アルバム『Still Snotty: Young, Loud and Snotty at 40』を海外で9月8日に発売。リリース元はPlowboy Records。スタジオ・アルバムの発表は1978年の2ndアルバム以来、39年ぶり。

現在のラインナップは

Cheetah Chrome (Gene O'Connor) - lead guitar
Johnny Blitz (John Madansky) - drums

のオリジナル・メンバーと

Jason Kottwitz - Guitar
Ricky Rat - Bass
Jason Hout - Vocals

の計5人。なお、オリジナル・ヴォーカルのスティーブ・ベイターは1990年にパリで交通事故のため死去しています。

現在、「What Love Is」のリ・レコーディング・ヴァージョンが聴けます。



バンドは9月7日より40周年記念ツアーを行う予定。
