ポール・サイモンのライヴ作品『The Concert in Hyde Park』から「The Obvious Child」のライヴ映像が公開

ポール・サイモン（Paul Simon）の新たなライヴ・アルバム／コンサート・フィルム『The Concert in Hyde Park』から「The Obvious Child」のライヴ映像が公開



この作品は海外で6月6日、日本で7月26日に発売。海外では2CD＋DVD版とBlu-ray版が、日本では2CD＋DVD版が発売されます。リリース元はLegacy Recordings／Sony。

この作品に収められるのは、2012年7月にロンドンのハイドパークで行われたフェスティバル＜Hard Rock Calling Festival＞でのパフォーマンスの音源／映像。サイモンの代表作のひとつ、アルバム『Graceland』の発売25周年を記念して行われたこの公演では、同作収録曲をほぼ全曲演奏しており、またサイモンの人気ソロ曲「Kodachrome」「Late in the Evening」「50 Ways to Leave Your Lover」、サイモン＆ガーファンクルの「The Sound of Silence」「The Boxer」も演奏。『Graceland』にも参加していたレディスミス・ブラック・マンバーゾやヒュー・マセケラほかに加え、ジミー・クリフ（Jimmy Cliff）やジェリー・ダグラス（Jerry Douglas）らもゲスト参加しています。

映像版には、CD版には収録されていない楽曲2曲も収録される予定です。
