ナタリー・マーチャントのソロ・キャリアを総括した10CDボックスセットが6月発売、新音源1曲試聴可

10,000マニアックス（10,000 Maniacs）でも活躍した女性ヴォーカリスト、ナタリー・マーチャント（Natalie Merchant）のソロ・キャリアを総括したCD10枚組のアンソロジー・ボックスセット『The Natalie Merchant Collection』が海外で6月23日発売。リリース元はNonesuch Records。

ボックスは、ソロ・アルバム8タイトルに加え、新曲4曲と過去に発表した自身の楽曲のリ・ワーク・ヴァージョン6曲を収めた新音源ディスク『Butterfly』、そしてデモやアルバム・アウトテイク、ライヴ音源など未発表なものも含んだレア音源ディスク『Rarities』で構成されています。『Rarities』には、デヴィッド・バーンやザ・チーフタンズらとのコラボレーション曲も収められます。
