『Live at Reading University - 16th February 1979』は、2015年に発売されたCD6枚組のボックスセット『Fire And Skill: The Jam Live』に収録。このボックスには、メジャー・デビューした1977年から解散した1982年まで、年1枚ずつの計6枚の未発売ライヴ音源が収録されており、そのうちの1枚として、1979年2月16日にレディング大学にて行われたコンサートのライヴ・アルバム『Live at Reading University - 16th February 1979』が収録されています。今回その1枚が重量盤アナログレコードとして数量限定でリリースされます。音源はボックスセット時に制作されたアビイ・ロード・スタジオでのリマスターを採用しています。
