クイーンズ・オブ・ザ・ストーン・エイジ（Queens of the Stone Age）、アット・ザ・ドライヴイン（At The Drive-In）、マストドン（Mastodon）のメンバーらが新たに組んだバンド、Gone Is Gone。初のフル・アルバム『Echolocation』を海外で2017年1月6日発売。リリース元は Rise/Black Dune。

作品リリースは今年7月にリリースした8曲入りデビューEP『Gone Is Gone』以来。このアルバムはバンドによるセルフ・プロデュース作品です。
