キング・クリムゾン　『Beat』と『Three of a Perfect Pair』の40周年記念エディションが日本でも発売に

キング・クリムゾン（King Crimson）の40thアニバーサリー・シリーズの新作としてCD＋DVD-A仕様で再リリースされる、1982年作『Beat』と1984年作『Three of a Perfect Pair』。40周年記念エディションが日本でも発売決定。日本盤は10月12日予定。日本でのリリース元はWOWOW Entertainment。海外盤は10月14日発売。

CDにはロバート・フリップ（Robert Fripp）とポーキュパイン・トゥリーのスティーヴン・ウィルソン（Steven Wilson）による新ステレオ・ミックスを収録。ボーナストラックも収められます。

DVD-Aには、スティーヴン・ウィルソンによる5.1サラウンド・サウンド・ミックス、オリジナル・ステレオ・ミックスと新ステレオ・ミックスのハイレゾ・オーディオ、プロモ・フィルムを収録。またボーナス・コンテンツも収められます。

なお、海外では同時期に、この2タイトルの全てを収めたキング・クリムゾン80年代マルチ・ディスク・ボックスセットも発売される予定です。

* Mixed for 5.1 Surround Sound from the original studio masters by Steven Wilson (fully approved by Robert Fripp).

* CD features a 2016 stereo album mix by Robert Fripp and Steven Wilson and also features live and studio versions of the otherwise unreleased track Absent Lovers.

* DVD-A (compatible with all DVD players and DVD Rom players) features a 5.1 DTS mix and High Resolution Stereo mixes.

* DVD-A players can, additionally, access a 5.1 Lossless audio mix and Lossless Stereo mixes.

* DVD-A features both the original album mix and the 2016 album mix in High Resolution stereo.

* DVD-A also features the complete album in rough mix form dating from the time of the original sessions.
