アルバムは海外で5月6日発売。リリース元はMetamatic Records。

アルバム『21st Century: A Man, A Woman And A City』は、フォックスが2000年以降に行った様々なプロジェクトの楽曲をまとめた編集盤。コクトー・ツインズのロビン・ガスリー、マシュー・ディアー、Gazelle Twin、The Soft Moonらとのコラボレーション曲も含んだ全17曲入り。アルバムには新音源として、ニューマンとのコラボレーション曲「Talk (Are You Listening To Me?)」と、O.M.Dことオーケストラル・マヌーヴァーズ・イン・ザ・ダーク（Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark）が手がけた「The Good Shadow」の新リミックスも収録されます。

限定盤には手塚 眞がディレクターを務めた映像11曲を収録したDVDも付属されています。
