前作R.I.O.の歴史を綴ったドキュメンタリー「アバウト・ロック・イン・オポジション」が話題を集めたロマンティック・ウォーリアーズの第3弾作品。

英国プログレッシブ・ロック・ミュージックの歴史の中で60年代後半から70年代初頭に台頭したカンタベリー・シーンにスポットを当て、カンタベリーからジャズ・ロックへの発展、またソフト・マシーン、キャラバンのメンバーから始まったシーンの形成、結果イギリス国外まで世界規模に拡大/影響を与え、革新的かつ洗練された新しい音楽ジャンルとして技術的にもトップクラスのミュージシャンが集うカンタベリー・シーンを分析します。
