スタジオ・アルバム発表は2011年の1stアルバム『Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds』以来。ノエル自身がセルフ・プロデュースした本作は全10曲入りで、「Ballad Of The Mighty I」にはジョニー・マー（Johnny Marr）がギターで参加しています。
