米パワー・ポップ　The dB's、25年ぶりの新作から「That Time Is Gone」「Before We Were Born」が試聴可

米パワー・ポップ・バンド、The dB'sが海外で6月12日に発売する、25年ぶりの新作『Falling Off the Sky』。本作から「That Time Is Gone」「Before We Were Born」が試聴可。



スタジオ・アルバム発表は1987年作『The Sound of Music』以来。バンドは2005年にピーター・ホルサップル、ジーン・ホルダー、ウィル・リグビー、クリス・ステイミーのオリジナル・ラインナップで再結成。以来、制作を進めていたのが本作で、バンドによるプロデュース（アシスタントにScott Litt、Mitch Easterが参加）で完成した全12曲を収録。

新作についてステイミーは「1stアルバム『Stands for Decibels』と2ndアルバム『Repercussion』の間に作ることが出来たような作品」と説明しています
