ポーキュパイン・トゥリー（Porcupine Tree）のスティーヴン・ウィルソン（Steven Wilson）が新ソロ・アルバム『Hand. Cannot. Erase』をドイツで2015年2月27日、英国で3月2日、米国で3月3日に発売。リリース元はKscope Records。

ソロ名義のスタジオ・アルバムの発表は2013年の『The Raven That Refused to Sing (And Other Stories)』以来。通算4作目。レコーディングは9月にロンドンのスタジオAIR Studiosで行われています
