ベル・アンド・セバスチャン（Belle and Sebastian）が新曲「The Party Line」のPVを公開。この曲は新アルバム『Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance』に収録。発売は日本で2015年1月14日、英国で1月19日、米国で1月20日。リリース元は海外はMatador Records、日本はHostess Entertainment。

スタジオ・アルバムの発表は2010年の『Belle and Sebastian Write About Love』以来。プロデュース＆ミックスはベン・アレン（Ben H. Allen III／Animal Collective, Gnarls Barkley他）が担当。ミックスには長年のコラボレーターであるTony Dooganも参加しています。

なお、海外ではCD、LP、限定デラックスLPボックスがあり。ボックスは4枚組でボーナス・トラックを収録。またポスターも同梱されます。
