フィオナ・アップル（Fiona Apple）の新作『The Idler Wheel is wiser than the Driver of the Screw, and Whipping Cords will serve you more than Ropes will ever do』の詳細が判明。発売日は米国で6月19日。Epic Recordsからのリリース。またアルバム・ジャケットやトラックリストも判明しています。

スタジオ・アルバムの発表は2005年作『Extaordinary Machine』以来、約7年ぶり。全10曲入り。うち3曲はライヴで披露済。映像（ファン撮影）あり。
