マーク・リーボウのセラミック・ドッグは、ドラムにロック畑でも活躍するチェス・スミス、ベースにニューヨーク・ジャズ・シーンに欠かせないシャーザッド・イズマイリーを迎えたトリオ。アルバム発表は2008年作『Party Intellectuals』以来、5年ぶりで、オリジナル曲を中心に、デイヴ・ブルーベックの代表曲「Take 5」のカヴァーも収録
