バウハウス／ラヴ・アンド・ロケッツのデヴィッド・J　新アルバム『Tracks From the Attic Revisited』発売

バウハウス（Bauhaus）／ラヴ・アンド・ロケッツ（Love and Rockets）のデヴィッド・J（David J）は新スタジオ・アルバム『Tracks From the Attic Revisited』を海外で5月22日発売。リリース元はIndependent Project Records。

デヴィッド・Jは2024年に、1984年から2004年にかけて彼がレコーディングした未発表デモ曲をまとめたアルバム『Tracks From the Attic』をリリースしました。このアルバムを編纂中に、その魅力を再発見した楽曲10曲を新たにフルバンドによるスタジオ録音で再再構築したアルバムが今回リリースされる『Tracks From the Attic Revisited』です。

『Tracks From the Attic』に収録された楽曲とは異なり、『Tracks From the Attic Revisited』の楽曲はオリジナル版を再構築し、一部は完全に書き直されて全く新しい楽曲となっています。

デイヴィッド・Jは、以前のデモ曲は「見過ごされていた小さな種」であり、新ヴァージョンは「開花した花」だと語っています。

このアルバムはロサンゼルスのEar Gallery Musicで録音され、デイヴィッド・Jがプロデュースしています。

このアルバムからの先行シングル「If Muzak Be the Junk Food of Love」は4月15日にリリース予定。
