本作には、ザ・ジャム（The Jam）、スタイル・カウンシル（The Style Council）、そしてソロキャリアにわたる楽曲のライヴ・セッションやコンサートでのパフォーマンス音源が収録されています。アコースティック・ヴァージョンやリワーク版を含まれます。

曲の中には、「Start!」「Shout To The Top」「Wild Wood」から、ゾンビーズ「Time Of The Season」やビリー・アイリッシュ「What Was I Made For」などのカヴァーや隠れた名曲も含まれており、さらに、ハンナ・ピールが編曲・指揮を担当したロンドン・メトロポリタン・オーケストラによる美しいオーケストラアレンジが施された「Aspects」や「Have You Ever Had It Blue」も収録されています。
