ジョージ・ハリスン『Living in the Material World』50周年記念エディション　詳細発表

ジョージ・ハリスン（George Harrison）が1973年にリリースしたソロ・アルバム『Living in the Material World』。50周年を記念した50thアニヴァーサリー・エディションが11月15日発売。詳細が発表されています。

今回、50周年を記念して、妻オリヴィアと息子ダニーが監修し、グラミー賞受賞者ポール・ヒックスによって、『Living in the Material World』はオリジナルテープから新たにミックスされました。

全世界限定5,000セットのスーパー・デラックス・エディション・ボックス・セットには、新ミックス版のアルバムが180グラム重量盤アナログレコードとCDの両方に収録され、またボーナスディスク（180グラム重量盤アナログレコードとCDの両方）にはアルバム全曲の初期未発表ヴァージョン12曲が収録されます。

さらに、このボックスセットには、新ミックス版のアルバム全曲と未発表ヴァージョンをドルビー・アトモスで収録したBlu-ray、そしてザ・バンド（The Band）のロビー・ロバートソン（Robbie Robertson）、リヴォン・ヘルム（Levon Helm）、ガース・ハドソン（Garth Hudson）、リック・ダンコ（Rick Danko）、リンゴ・スター（Ringo Starr）が参加した、これまで公開されたことのない未発表音源「Sunshine Life For Me (Sail Away Raymond)」の限定7インチ・シングルも含まれます。

ボックスセットには60ページのハードカバー本も付属され、写真、手書きの歌詞、スタジオノートなどが収録されます。

スーパー・デラックス・エディション・ボックス・セット以外には、新ミックス版のアルバム全曲と未発表ヴァージョンを収めた2LPおよび2CDのデラックス・エディション、新ミックス版の1CDおよび1LPも発売されます。ジョージ・ハリスンの公式オンラインストアほかでは、1LPの限定カラーヴァイナルも発売されます。
