元クラフトワーク（Kraftwerk）のカール・バルトス（Karl Bartos）が10年ぶりに発表する新作『Off The Record』。日本発売が決定。国内盤（輸入盤・国内流通仕様）は3月14日（海外：3月15日）。

スタジオ・アルバムの発表は2003年『Communication』以来、10年ぶり。
