ロキシー・ミュージックのフィル・マンザネラ　ソロ・キャリアを網羅した11CDボックス発売

ロキシー・ミュージック（Roxy Music）での活躍でも知られるギタリストのフィル・マンザネラ（Phil Manzanera）はソロ・キャリアを網羅したCD11枚組ボックスセット『50 Years of Music』を海外で11月1日発売。リリース元はUMR。

ボックスには、マンザネラの10枚のソロ・アルバム（ボーナス・トラック追加）とレア＆未発表音源ディスク1枚を収録。オーディオはロンドン・エア・スタジオのバリー・グリントによってリマスタリングされています。

ボックスの最後のディスクは『The Manzanera Archives RARE TWO』と呼ばれるレア＆未発表音源ディスクです。これにはデモやライヴ音源など未発表を含むレア音源が収録されており、マンザネラがデヴィッド・ギルモアと書いたピンク・フロイドの「One Slip」（1987年『A Momentary Lapse of Reason』収録）の初期ヴァージョンである「Demo PM 1」や、ロキシー・ミュージックの「Impossible Guitars」のライヴ・ヴァージョンなども含まれます。

ボックスには写真、手書きのメモ、テープ・ボックス、走り書き、切り抜き、代替アートワーク、歌詞などが掲載された100ページのハードカバー本も同梱されます。
