ブロンディ、ABBA、ザ・カーズ、グリーン・デイ、ビル・ウィザース他　米議会図書館による重要録音物に新規保存決定

アメリカ議会図書館が文化的、歴史的、芸術的に重要な録音物を保存することを目的に行っている「全米録音資料登録簿（National Recording Registry）」。新たに保存が決定した作品が発表されています。

2000年より開始された本制度には、少なくとも10年以上経った録音物を対象に、毎年25点ずつ選ばれています。

2024年度に新たに保存が決定したのは、ブロンディ『Parallel Lines』、ABBA『Arrival』、ザ・カーズ『The Cars』、グリーン・デイ『Dookie』、ジェファーソン・エアプレイン『Surrealistic Pillow』、ビル・ウィザース「Ain’t No Sunshine」、ノトーリアス・B.I.G.『Ready to Die』など。
