ジョニ・ミッチェル（Joni Mitchell）のアーカイヴ・シリーズの新作『Archives, Vol. 3: The Asylum Years (1972-1975)』から、ジョニがニール・ヤング＆ザ・ストレイ・ゲイターズ（Neil Young + The Stray Gators）と共演した貴重な初期レコーディング「You Turn Me on I'm a Radio (feat. Neil Young & the Stray Gators)」が公開されています。ニールがエレクトリック・ギターとハーモニカで参加したこの曲は、1972年4月18日に録音されました。

この作品は海外で10月6日発売。アナログレコード4枚組、CD5枚組、デジタルでリリースされます。発売元はRhino。

今回は1972年から1975年にかけてという、『For the Roses』（1972年）、『Court and Spark』（1974年）、『The Hissing of Summer Lawns』（1975年）を生み出した実り多き時代をフィーチャーしています。

このコレクションは、『For the Roses』『Court and Spark』、『The Hissing of Summer Lawns』のセッションのデモや初期ヴァージョン、別ミックス、1972年のカーネギー・ホールでのパフォーマンスを含むいくつかのライヴ録音など、この時期の未発表音源に焦点を当てています。

他にも、ジェイムス・テイラー、グラハム・ナッシュ、ニール・ヤングとのセッションのトラックも収録されています。

フィジカル版には、写真や、ミッチェルとキャメロン・クロウがこの時期について語る対談などが掲載された40ページのブックレットが付属されます。
