この作品は11月27日に世界同時発売。リリース元はInside Out Music／ソニーミュージック。

2014年の『Breaking The Fourth Wall』以来となるライヴ作品。

最新スタジオ・アルバム『Distance Over Time』と、彼らのコンセプト・アルバム『Metropolis Part 2 - Scenes From A Memory』の20周年を記念したワールド・ツアーより、2020年2月21日にロンドンのイヴェンティム・アポロ（旧ハマースミス・アポロ）で行われたコンサートの模様を収録。2部構成になっており、1部は『Distance Over Time』収録曲をメインに、2部は『Metropolis Part 2 - Scenes From A Memory』の完全再現ライヴとなっています。

海外では3CD＋2DVDマルチボックス、3CD＋2Blu-rayデジパック（スリップケース付き）、限定デラックス3CD＋2Blu-ray＋2DVDアートブック、限定アナログレコード4枚＋3CDボックスセットがあります。
