DEATHの90年作『Spiritual Healing』。米国で11月20日、日本で12月12日に発売されるデラックス・エディションから「Leprosy」のライヴ音源（90年3月録音）が試聴可

本エディションは、新たにリマスタリングされたオリジナル・ディスクに、未発表のリハーサル、アウトテイク、スタジオ・インストゥルメンタル、ジャム・セッションを収めたボーナス・ディスクを付属。

また、発売元Relapseのサイト限定で販売される2000枚限定の3CDデジパック・エディションには、初出のライヴ音源（90年3月NY）ほかが収められる予定。なお、iTunes版にも5曲の未発表リハーサル音源が追加される予定です。
