オーストラリア　高速道路を10km閉鎖してAC/DCトリビュートコンサート開催　映像公開

AC/DCの地元オーストラリアでは、ボン・スコット（Bon Scott）の没後40年にあわせ、本日3月1日に高速道路10キロメートルを閉鎖してAC/DCのトリビュート・コンサート＜Highway to Hell＞が開催されています。

このコンサートは、西オーストラリアのパースで毎年開催されている＜Perth Festival＞の2020年版の一環として行われるもの。パースにあるカニング高速道路の10キロメートルを8時間にわたって閉鎖します。

このイベント自体が、AC/DCの楽曲「It's a Long Way to the Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll)」のミュージックビデオへのオマージュとなっており、当日は8組のバンドがMVのようにトラックの荷台に乗ってハイウェイに沿って移動しながらAC/DCの楽曲を演奏します。

当日閉鎖される10キロメートルの高速道路は、過去に起きた衝突事故のために“Highway To Hell”と呼ばれている場所です。
