ローリー・アンダーソン＋チベット人音楽家＋パティ・スミスの娘　コラボ作から「Listen Without Distraction」公開

前衛パフォーマンス・アーティストのローリー・アンダーソン（Laurie Anderson）の新作は、チベット人シンガーソングライター／マルチインストゥルメンタリストのテンジン・チョーギャル（Tenzin Choegyal）と、パティ・スミス（Patti Smith）の娘で作曲家のジェシー・パリス・スミス（Jesse Paris Smith）とのコラボレーション・アルバム『Songs From the Bardo』。この作品から「Listen Without Distraction」が公開



この作品は海外で9月27日発売。リリース元はSmithsonian Folkways。

アルバムは『チベット死者の書』の音楽による旅で、収録曲は、ニューヨークのルービン美術館で行った即興コンサートから生まれたもの。レコーディング・ヴァージョンには、チェロ奏者のRubin Kodheliと打楽器奏者のShahzad Ismailyによる演奏も加えられています。
