ザ・カルト　『Sonic Temple』30周年記念ツアーでライヴ演奏は稀な楽曲を演奏

イアン・アストベリー（Ian Astbury）とビリー・ダフィー（Billy Duffy）が率いるザ・カルト（The Cult）は5月2日より、1989年アルバム『Sonic Temple』の発売30周年を記念した北米ツアーを開始。初日公演（テキサス州ヒューストン）では、ライヴ演奏は稀な楽曲も5曲演奏。『Sonic Temple』からは「Soul Asylum」を30年ぶり、「Automatic Blues」を28年ぶり、「New York City」を9年ぶりに演奏。また1994年アルバム『The Cult』収録曲「Saints Are Down」は8年ぶり、2001年アルバム『Beyond Good and Evil』収録曲「American Gothic」は17年ぶりに演奏しています。当日のファン撮影の映像あり
