英リヴァプールのインディーロック／ポストパンク／サイケデリックロック・バンド、クリニック（Clinic）が7年ぶりの新アルバム『Wheeltappers and Shunters』を海外で5月10日発売。リリース元はDomino Record Co。

スタジオアルバムのリリースは2012年の『Free Reign』以来。

新作のタイトルは、1970年代に英国で放送されたバラエティ番組『The Wheeltappers and Shunters Social Club』から命名されています。

この作品から新曲「Rubber Bullets」のミュージックビデオが公開されています
