レモンヘッズ　10年ぶりのスタジオ・アルバム『Varshons 2』から「Old Man Blank」公開

レモンヘッズ（The Lemonheads）が新音源「Old Man Blank」を公開。試聴可。この曲は英ネオ・サイケ／オルタナティヴ・ロックバンド、ベヴィス・フロンド（The Bevis Frond）のカヴァー。10年ぶりのスタジオ・アルバム『Varshons 2』に収録されます。



アルバムは海外で2019年2月8日発売。2009年にリリースした前作『Varshons』の続編で、今回もカヴァー・アルバムです。リリース元はFire Records。

今回はヨ・ラ・テンゴ（Yo La Tengo）、ニック・ケイヴ＆ザ・バッド・シーズ（Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds）、NRBQ、ポール・ウェスターバーグ（Paul Westerberg）、ジェイホークス（The Jayhawks）、ルシンダ・ウィリアムズ（Lucinda Williams）、イーグルス（Eagles）などをカヴァー。プロデュースはマシュー・カレン。
