LCDサウンドシステム（LCD Soundsystem）が7年ぶりの新アルバム『American Dream』を海外、日本で9月1日に発売。日本盤ボーナストラックあり。リリース元はColumbia/DFA/ソニーミュージック。

スタジオ・アルバムの発表は2010年の『This Is Happening』以来。今年5月公開された「Call the Police」「American Dream」を含んだ全10曲入り。
