エヴリシング・バット・ザ・ガールのトレイシー・ソーンがクリスマス・アルバムを発表

エヴリシング・バット・ザ・ガール（Everything But the Girl）での活躍で知られるトレイシー・ソーン（Tracey Thorn）がクリスマス・アルバム『Tinsel and Lights』を海外で10月30日に発売。

2010年作『Love and Its Opposite』に続くアルバム・リリースで、2曲のオリジナル曲（トレイシー作詞作曲）以外は全てカヴァー曲。厳密に言えばクリスマス・ソングではない曲も取り上げており、ホワイト・ストライプス（White Stripes）、ランディ・ニューマン（Randy Newman）、ジョニ・ミッチェル（Joni Mitchell）ほかの楽曲を演じています。

レコーディングには、エヴリシング・バット・ザ・ガールのベン・ワット（Ben Watt）、スクリッティ・ポリッティ（Scritti Politti）のグリーン・ガートサイドが参加しているとのこと。全13曲入り。
