ザ・ストロークスのジュリアン・カサブランカスが新アルバム『Tyranny』を9月発売

ザ・ストロークス（The Strokes）のフロントマンであるジュリアン・カサブランカス（Julian Casablancas）がJulian Casablancas + The Voidz名義で新アルバム『Tyranny』を海外で9月23日に発売。リリース元は自身のレーベルCult Records。

2009年の1stソロ・アルバム『Phrazes for the Young』に続くソロ・プロジェクトのアルバム。ジュリアンによれば新作は「world underground music from the Seventies and Eighties, hardcore/punk and modern harmonies」とのこと。レーベル・サイトにてDL版のプレオーダーを受け付けており、3.87ドル（約400円）という低価格なのも話題です。
