ヤング・マーブル・ジャイアンツ『Colossal Youth』40周年記念エディション発売　ライヴ映像1曲公開

ウェールズのポスト・パンク・バンド、ヤング・マーブル・ジャイアンツ（Young Marble Giants）が1980年にリリースした唯一のスタジオ・アルバム『Colossal Youth』。発売40周年を記念した40thアニヴァーサリー・エディションが海外で11月27日発売。リイシュー元はDomino Record。

このエディションは2CD＋DVD版と、2LP＋DVD版があります。オリジナル・アルバムに加え、2枚のEP『Final Day』『Testcard E.P.』やデモ音源集『Salad Days』など収めたボーナスディスクを付属。さらに1980年11月にニューヨークで行われた最後の米国公演の模様を収めたライヴDVDも含まれます。

このライヴDVDから「Final Day」のライヴ映像が公開されています。



彼らはこのライヴDVDに収録されている公演を終えた後に解散。2003年以降は、断続的に再結成してコンサートを開催していましたが、2015年8月ロンドン公演を最後に再結成は行われていません。
