これは、2020年1月に始まったゴリラズの最新プロジェクト『Gorillaz present Song Machine』のシーズン1の楽曲をまとめた作品。このプロジェクトでは、年間を通じて、さまざまな豪華コラボレーターと一緒に制作した新しい楽曲や映像をリリースしています。

ゴリラズはまた、新アルバムのリリースを記念して12月12日＆13日にライヴストリーミングイベント＜Song Machine Live＞を開催する予定です。新アルバムの楽曲を使用したビジュアルとゴリラズのライヴ・パフォーマンスが融合した内容です。
