ニール・ヤング（Neil Young）の新しいトリビュート・アルバム『Heart of Gold: The Songs of Neil Young』が海外で4月25日発売。リリース元は Cinema Music Group／Killphonic Records。

このアルバムには、ドゥービー・ブラザーズ＆アリソン・ラッセル、パール・ジャムのエディ・ヴェダー、フィオナ・アップル、マムフォード＆サンズ、ブランディ・カーライル、シャロン・ヴァン・エッテン、スティーブン・マーリーら参加。

チャリティ・アルバムで、アルバムの収益はすべて、ヤングと彼の亡き妻ペギーが設立した、障がい者支援校のブリッジ・スクールに寄付されます。

このアルバムからコートニー・バーネット（Courtney Barnett）による「Lotta Love」と、クリス・ピアースによる「Southern Man」のカヴァーが先行公開されています。
