多作で知られるガイデッド・バイ・ヴォイシズ（Guided By Voices）は2021年の2作目のスタジオ・アルバムである『It’s Not Them. It Couldn’t Be Them. It Is Them!』から「High in the Rain」を公開。



アルバムは海外で10月22日発売。リリース元はGuided by Voices Inc。スタジオ・アルバムのリリースは4月発売の『Earth Man Blues』以来。通算34作目。
