ローリング・ストーンズの60年代BBCライヴ・セッション音源集『On Air』 ミニ・ドキュメンタリー映像が公開

ローリング・ストーンズ（The Rolling Stones）が1960年代にBBCに残したライヴ・セッション音源を収めたアルバム『On Air』。ミニ・ドキュメンタリー映像が公開。

この作品の音源は“デ・ミックス”＝“音源の分離”という処理が施されています。これはアビイ・ロード・スタジオのエンジニアたちがそれぞれのトラックに存在するオリジナルの楽器や、音声にアクセスし、そこからバランス調整をして質感のある音に仕上げるために、“デ・ミックス（ミキシングを分離する）”という作業を含むものです。

公開されたミニ・ドキュメンタリーがその“デ・ミックス”をテーマにしたものです。

アルバムは海外、日本で12月1日に発売。カヴァー曲や未発表音源も含んだ内容で通常版は全18曲、デラックスエディションは全32曲入り。さらにストーンズの公式ショップサイトおよび日本のUNIVERSAL MUSIC STOREでは限定カラー・ヴァイナル（イエロー）版も発売されます。
