UKジャズ界の巨星、サックス奏者のコートニー・パイン（Courtney Pine）が、UKソウル・スターのオマー（Omar）をフィーチャーした新アルバム『Black Notes from the Deep』を海外で10月27日発売。リリース元はFreestyle Records。

オマーとの共演曲は4曲。2人による書き下ろし楽曲3曲に加えて、ハービー・ハンコック（Herbie Hancock）「Butterfly」のカヴァーも収録されます。現在、「Rules」「Butterfly」がSpotifyで聴けます。
