ロバート・プラントが新ソロ・アルバム『Carry Fire』を10月発売、 新曲「The May Queen」のリリックビデオあり

レッド・ツェッペリン（Led Zeppelin）での活躍でも知られるロバート・プラント（Robert Plant）が新ソロ・アルバム『Carry Fire』を海外で10月13日発売。リリース元は Nonesuch Records。

スタジオ・アルバムのリリースはロバート・プラント・アンド・センセーショナル・スペースシフターズ名義でリリースした2014年の『Lullaby and... The Ceaseless Roar』以来。通算11作目。

新作は自身によるセルフ・プロデュース。プリテンダーズ（The Pretenders）のクリッシー・ハインド（Chrissie Hynde）とのデュエット曲「Bluebirds Over the Mountain」（ビーチ・ボーイズもカヴァーしたロカビリー・レジェンド、アーセル・ヒッキーの楽曲）のほか全11曲を収録。アルバムにはアルバニアのチェロ奏者Redi Hasaやヴィオラ＆フィドル奏者Seth Lakemanも参加しています。
