2017年上半期の米国アルバム・チャート発表。米国で音楽セールスなどの実態を調査し報告するニールセン・ミュージックが2016年12月30日から2017年6月29日の期間を対象に調査。
米ビルボード誌によれば、アルバム全体のセールスは2016年の同時期に比べて18%減の8,197万ドル。CDアルバムのセールスは19%減の4,034万ドル、デジタル・アルバムのセールスは20%減の3,509万ドルですが、アナログレコードのセールスはアップしており、2%増の636万ドルです。
米国ではオンデマンドのオーディオとビデオのストリーミングが2017年上半期に36.4%増加し、2,847億回を記録。オーディオのみだと前年度の1,124億回から62.4%増の1,843億回に達しています
