収録されるのは、2016年9月に米カリフォルニア州オークランドのフォックス・シアターにて行われたコンサートの音源／映像。当日はデレク・アンド・ザ・ドミノス（Derek and the Dominoes）「Keep On Growing」、レナード・コーエン（Leonard Cohen）「Bird On The Wire」、ビートルズ（The Beatles）「Within You, Without You」といったカヴァーも演奏しています
