米フロリダのヘヴィメタル・バンド、トリヴィアム（Trivium）のデビュー・アルバム『Ember to Inferno』。ボーナス・ディスク付きエディション『Ember To Inferno: Ab Initio』から「The Storm」（デモ・ヴァージョン）が試聴可



ボーナス・ディスクには未発表音源を含んだ計13曲を収録。「Ruber (a.k.a. the Red Demo)」「Caeruleus (a.k.a. the Blue Demo)」「Flavus (a.k.a. the Yellow Demo)」といった3種類のデモを収めています。

発売は日本、海外で12月2日。海外ではアナログレコード5枚組も発売されます。リリース元は海外Cooking Vinyl

新世代メタルの代表格として、10年以上に渡り、数々の名作を通してその評価を高め続け、OzzfestからMayhem、Loud ParkにKNOTFESTといった国内外のビッグフェスから、メタリカ、アイアン・メイデンらのオープニング・アクト、そして数々のヘッドラインツアーを成功させてきたトリヴィアムが、その比類なきキャリアの出発点でもあり、これまで入手困難だったデビュー・アルバム『EmberTo Inferno』の再リリースを発表!
2003年にリリースされた本作は、瞬く間に彼らの名を轟かせただけでなく、名門レーベル【Roadrunner Records】との契約を勝ち取り、ターニング・ポイントとなった2005年リリースの出世作『Ascendancy』へと繋がった重要作である。今回の再リリース盤『Ember To Inferno: AbInitio』には、完全未発表曲を集めた『Ruba (Red Demo)』、もともとはセルフタイトル作品としてリリースされた音源を集めた『Caeruleus (Blue Demo)』、そして【Roadrunner Records】と契約を結ぶきっかけとなった名曲「Like Light To The Flies」の別ヴァージョンなどのレア音源集『Flavus (Yellow Demo)』の計13曲を収録したファン垂涎のボーナスディスクが追加される。また新たなアートワーク・デザインを、トリヴィアムはもちろん、メガデスやアモン・アマースら、ヘヴィー・メタル・バンド作品を多く手がけてきたイラストレーター、ブレント・エリオット・ホワイトが担当。日本盤CDは、SHM-CDを採用し、解説書と歌詞対訳が封入される。

●“Ember To Inferno: Ab Initio” — Deluxe CD, which is the original album with new artwork, plus 13 bonus tracks and expanded booklet in a digipak. The 13 bonus tracks are the band’s early demos — “Ruber” (aka the Red Demo), “Caeruleus” (aka the Blue Demo) and “Flavus” (aka the Yellow Demo).

●“Ember To Inferno: Ab Initio” — Deluxe 5LP Box, which is five coloured LPs in a special box including the original album in a 2LP Gatefold on orange/black marble vinyl, the expanded booklet, a poster, a stencil, and 13 bonus tracks over three LPs. The 13 bonus tracks are the band’s early demos — “Ruber” (aka the Red Demo) on transparent red vinyl, “Caeruleus” (aka the Blue Demo) on transparent blue vinyl, and “Flavus” (aka the Yellow Demo) on transparent yellow vinyl.
