第10弾は『Self Portrait』『New Morning』に焦点を合わせた作品で、1969〜71年に録音されたデモや別ヴァージョン、レア・トラックを未発表のものを含んで収録。

国内外ともに35曲を収めた通常2CD盤に加え、『Self Portrait』の新規リマスター盤と、1969年8月31日ワイト島音楽祭でザ・バンド（The Band）をバックに演奏したライヴのフル音源を収めたディスクを付属した4CDデラックス・エディションも発売される予定。デラックス・エディションには2冊のハードカバー本も同梱されます。BOOK1は4CDとライナーノーツ（グリル・マーカスのライナーとマイケル・シモンズのエッセイ）、BOOK2はJohn CohenとAl Claytonによる未発表写真集です。

なおジャケットの絵は「ディランが新たに描きおろした自画像」です。

発売は日本（Blu-SpecCD2）で9月18日、米国で8月27日。
