「ロックの殿堂」25周年記念コンサートが日本でもDVD／Blu-ray化

「ロックの殿堂」の25周年記念コンサートの模様を収めたDVD／Blu-rayが日本でも4月18日に発売。

本コンサートは、2009年にNYマディソン・スクエア・ガーデンで2日間にわたって行われたもの。今回、当日の模様を『Legend Side 黄金のロック伝説編』『Explosion Side 白熱のロック・スピリッツ編』の2タイトルに分け発売されます。

『Legend Side 黄金のロック伝説編』には、サイモン＆ガーファンクル、スティーヴィー・ワンダー、アレサ・フランクリン、クロスビー、スティルス＆ナッシュなどのライヴを収録。スペシャルゲストにボニー・レイット、ジャクソン・ブラウン、ジェイムス・テイラー、スモーキー・ロビンソン、ジョン・レジェンド、B.B.キング、スティングらも出演。

また『Explosion Side 白熱のロック・スピリッツ編』にはメタリカ、U2、ジェフ・ベック、ブルース・スプリングスティーンなどのライヴを収録。スペシャルゲストにルー・リード、オジー・オズボーン、パティ・スミス、ミック・ジャガー、ファーギー、サム・ムーア、ジョン・フォガティ、ビリー・ジョエルらも出演しています。
