ゴリラズ、「ヌードルのめっちゃヤバい ソング・マシーン・ミックス」公開

ゴリラズ（Gorillaz）はメンバーのヌードルによる『Song Machine』のミックステープ「ヌードルのめっちゃヤバい ソング・マシーン・ミックス（原題：THE MACHINE IS ON）」を公開。新アルバム『Song Machine, Season One - Strange Timez』にも収録される『Song Machine』からの楽曲が聴けるサンプラーです



アルバムは海外で10月23日発売。リリース元はWarner。

これは、2020年1月に始まったゴリラズの最新プロジェクト『Gorillaz present Song Machine』のシーズン1の楽曲をまとめた作品。このプロジェクトでは、年間を通じて、さまざまな豪華コラボレーターと一緒に制作した新しい楽曲や映像をリリースしています。

アルバムにはさらにセイント・ヴィンセント（St. Vincent）、Beck、エルトン・ジョン（Elton John）、 CHAI、アンノウン・モータル・オーケストラ（Unknown Mortal Orchestra）、6LACK、EarthGang、GoldLink、Kano、Leee Johnらが参加した楽曲が含まれます。通常盤は全11曲、210ページのフルカラー本などが付属されるデラックス・エディションは全17曲を収録。

ゴリラズはまた、新アルバムのリリースを記念して12月12日＆13日にライヴストリーミングイベント＜Song Machine Live＞を開催する予定です。新アルバムの楽曲を使用したビジュアルとゴリラズのライヴ・パフォーマンスが融合した内容です。
